Before You Delete Your Account
Please ensure that:
All funds have been withdrawn from your wallets.
There are no open trading positions.
There are no pending deposits or withdrawals.
If any of these conditions are not met, the account deletion may fail or be delayed.
Step-by-Step: Deleting Your Account from the Platform
Log in to your Atmexx account
Access your account through the Atmexx web platform.Open your Profile menu
Click on your profile icon (top-right corner of the screen).Go to “Profile Info”
From the dropdown menu, select Profile Info.Scroll down to “Account Management”
At the bottom of the Profile Info page, you will find the Account Management section.Click “Delete my Account”
Carefully read the warning message, then click the Delete my Account button to proceed.Confirm the action
Once confirmed, your account will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.
Alternative Method: Request Account Deletion by Email
If you are unable to access your account or prefer not to delete it manually, you can request account deletion by email.

Important:
Send the email from the same email address associated with your Atmexx account.
Clearly state that you are requesting permanent account deletion.
Make sure all funds are withdrawn and there are no open positions.
The support team may contact you if additional verification is required.
Final Notes
Account deletion is permanent.
Deleted accounts cannot be restored.
Any remaining funds or unresolved transactions may prevent deletion.
