There are two common reasons why a pending order may not be executed:
Insufficient funds
If your account balance wasn’t enough to cover the required margin, the pending order was automatically canceled. You can check your trade history on the platform to confirm this.
Price was not reached
The order may not have been triggered because the market price didn’t reach your specified entry level within the timeframe.
Buy orders are executed at the Ask price
Sell orders are executed at the Bid price
This difference can cause orders to remain unfilled even if the chart shows a price near your target.
Review both your account balance and the price movement to determine which scenario applies.
